Fixed ₹2 Platform Fee
Every checkout includes a flat ₹2 platform fee that funds server operations, real-time OTP relays, verification storage, and delivery coordination.
Optional Doorstep Surcharge
Students who prefer room-door delivery can select Doorstep (+₹6 for parcels/returns, +₹10 for errands). Available for all 19 BH/GH hostels and Lovely Bake Apartments.
