How Parcel Collection & Handoff Operates
1. 4:00 PM Daily Batch Cutoff
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are collected in the afternoon batch and delivered during evening hours on the same operating day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are queued for next-day collection.
2. OTP Secure Relay
If Amazon, Flipkart, or any courier requires a delivery OTP, mark "OTP Required" in your request. When our collector arrives at the counter, you receive a real-time prompt to submit the OTP securely.
3. Arrival Photo Proof
Uploading a screenshot of your carrier arrival message or parcel photo ensures our collector retrieves the exact right item without confusion.
